tehtävä: email vastaaminen

Etätehtävä
Työskentelet suomalaisessa incoming-toimistossa. Tehtävänäsi on etsiä sopivia kohteita ulkomaisille asiakkaille heidän toivomustensa mukaisesti ja kirjoittaa heille lyhyitä kuvauksia niistä. Huom! Asiakkaasi eivät kirjoita äidinkielellään tai eivät jostain muusta syystä hallitse täysin kieltä, joten sinun ei kannata ottaa vaikutteita heidän kieliopistaan ;)

Antonio loves Alvar (and finnish women)

Customer
Ciao! I´m Antonio and I write to you from Bergamo, Italy. Bergamo is situated some 40 km from Milan.  I have noticed there is a straight flight connection between my home town and Tampere and so I have decided to travel to your exotic country of thousand lakes. I really look forward to seeing you beautiful Finnish women too!
I would be extremely thankful if you could give me some hints concerning the works of Alvar Aalto. l have become a great fan of him because I visited Milan design week in April 2007. I saw there some greatest products of Artek and I found out that architect Aalto has grounded Artek.
Would you be so kind that you would list me some places which I could visit to get to know Aalto and his works (design and buildings) better. My plan is to stay in Finland for one week. Would you kindly plan me a raw schedule for my week so that it begins from Tampere and end there too. I would so much like to visit the birthplace of Aalto, too.
Thank you for advance for your great help! Maybe we´ll have a chance to meet during my visit to Finland? That would be fantastic!
With love, Antonio

Me

Hello Antonio!
I am delighted that you are interested in Alvar Aalto and you have decided to come and visit Finland and his works.
Alvar Aalto was born in Kuortane, it is about 180 kilometres to the north.
Most of the buildings are in the capital Helsinki, so I think there you could stay for several days. Helsinki is about 180 kilometres from Tampere to the south.
In Jyväskylä there are two buildings and a museum.  From Tampere it is 150 kilometres to the north.
Below I detail the buildings so you can see what you want to visit.
In Helsinki nightlife is varied and youthful so I recommend you to go out there.

Sähkötalo (Electric Building) is the name of the building located in downtown Helsinki, in Kamppi, that serves as the headquarters of Helsingin Energia.

The Finlandia Hall is a congress and event venue in the centre of Helsinki on the Töölönlahti Bay.

Stora Enso is a pulp and paper manufacturer headquartered in Helsinki, with significant operations in four continents.

The House of Culture is a building in Alppila, Helsinki.

The Säynätsalo Town Hall is a multifunction building, complex town hall, shops, library and flats, Säynätsalo municipality of Jyväskylä in Central Finland.

The museum functions as a centre of information on all things related to Aalto, and it organises exhibitions in Jyväskylä.

The Studio Aalto is a house in the Tiilimäki neighbourhood of Munkkiniemi, Helsinki, which Alvar Aalto designed during 1955–56 to be the studio of his architect bureau. Near the studio there is also Villa Aalto, the home (and previous office) of the Aaltos. Both the studio and the Villa are now part of the Alvar Aalto Museum, and they are open to the public.

I hope this is helpful and any questions please contact us again.
Kind regards,
Mari Popin
